About founder Jacob Faber

Jacob Faber has 10 years of experience in recruitment. This started as a side job during his studies, when he helped companies find the right people. After his studies, he started as a recruiter at an agency in the energy sector and became a specialist in matching talents to companies.

He quickly managed to get the attention of clients by understanding the need and enthusing the right professionals by matching the ambitions of professionals to the challenges of clients. This
requires entrepreneurship, courage and a lot of curiosity! Founding Newen, he uses his personal qualities and his vast network to create a better, more sustainable world.
